The life in the Maldives!!

         Being a secondary English teacher, so far it has been free to explore the island of Kamadhoo, the first term was completed before I arrived. I begin with the 2nd term contents. I am dealing with the grades 7,8,9, and 10. Among these, grade 7th is the worst in my life. One of the students is always talking in my class, and if I tell her to keep quiet, she is threatening me as if she had done something really good in class. 

There is a student in my grade 7 who is not at all taking her textbook, not ready to obey anything, and there is no way she will listen to the teacher. When I arrived, some of the expatriate teachers told me about this girl, and I thought she would be ok, but she is not, so I was so worried to make the best track for her.

i thought to ignore her, for the time being, i will be going like this, and will have to make the best to make her in the right track.

The starting trouble!!

 As I have started teaching in the Maldives, it was nice at the beginning, and it went good for a week and made me understand that students in the Kamadhoo school were not so good, and they have the least manners with teachers. As they think foreign teachers are not up to the mark because of the previous teachers who had already worked and are working. This made me very hard that they don't respect the teachers. They are afraid of the local teachers from the Maldives, and they are least cared about the teachers from India. The students are good in speaking English language but some of they are not upto the mark as they have learned the language by watching cartoon, and I felt that some of them have not even know how to write some simple words in English like "Engineer" noboy from the 8th grade has written the correct word when i dictated them the word engineer. But they speak well!!

Waiting for the vacation!

In my school days, I don't remember any vacations where I was waiting to go home! But this vacation, being a teacher in another country, I want the date of closing the school to come soon. As a teacher in the Maldives for the first time, this is my first vacation to go to my home country. With a lot of expectations and wishes to be granted. I miss lot of things that are only available in my homeland. The first one is, of course, the family! Then come my personal preferences, like my favourite food, which I have never had after coming here to the Maldives. Sometimes, while having any self-made dishes in the kitchen, I sit and think of how tasty and delicious the meal was when I was home.  Then again, some personal preferences being in my mind can not be  described here. The past experience has made you think of what makes you better.  So, this is about my vacation to India after 5 months. December 27th I will board to India, In Sha Allah!!

there will be a start for the blog!

for the time being i am sitting alone and thinking i have no work in office. When other people come to office they engage in talking with friends and also making some of the best time with friends and colleagues at office.  i have been told that we are gonna begin a blog, and so far no instructions have been told about that blog. this is how the company is working, the condition of the office is very bad as some of the staffs have been gone resigned. Don't know what is happening here, something wrong or many other things that is clear and shiny to make them smile with those who cannot make this issue solve will regret and also makes them so innocent and also very dangerous.
